"A New Life Begins In Tbilisi"
Maqro Construction further consolidated the prestige gained through the Green Budapest residential complex, and is now building Green Diamond, another residential complex in European standards with unique living areas extending on 70.000 square meters.
Green Diamond is located in Dighomi at a distance of only 8 km from the city center, offering natural surroundings, fresh air and a serene atmosphere. Maqro Construction launched Green Budapest in 2014, a unique large-scale residential complex in European standards with 350 apartments, built on 11,700 m2 in the center of Tbilisi significant contribution to the city by improving its infrastructure and enhancing its beauty.
Green Budapest was one of the first projects in the country to deliver fully fitted apartments including kitchen and bathroom furniture, technical equipment and accessories. This decision was made with the aim of ensuring that residents are not subjected to all the inconvenience, dust and noise after starting to live in the complex.
Each unit comes with all the necessary amenities including central heating, double glazed windows, cast iron front door, and technical features such as audio systems in the kitchen and bathrooms, entrance door intercom systems and a remote control, etc.
