It was with this in mind that the company built the Green Budapest, the most outstanding residential complex in Georgia. Its greenery, playgrounds, terraces, open and indoor fitness areas, overland and underground parking and quality work make it the most inhabitant-friendly place, which houses all the elements of comfort that otherwise call for extra time and money. The project enriched our experience and in order to put it into practice, we upgraded the quality of construction and widened the coverage of the Smart Living concept. Afterwards, it was relying on that experience and in order to live up to the customers’ expectations, MAQRO Construction set up the Green Diamond residential complex, even more luxurious in terms of its green areas, open air fitness centers, swimming pools and commercial spaces.

Mercure Tbilisi Old Town features 102 rooms, including 22 Privilege Deluxe rooms, 2 rooms for disabled guests, 35 Superior, 29 Twin, 7 double, 6 single suites and 1 Executive suite. All rooms offer a homey atmosphere with a large bed and comfortable bedding, tea and coffee making facilities, and exclusive amenities of the Mercure brand.

 

But that’s not all. We know it quite well what the new residents of our residential complexes need: the furniture, the interior and exterior décor etc. to make home an ideally comfortable place. It was to this end that we created our MAQRO Home sub-brand encompassing a Gloria Furniture Plant, the Bellissa network of furniture stores and Madame Coco world brand of home accessories, appliances and perfumes.

Incidentally, as a part of the Smart Living concept, the residents of MAQRO Construction’s above-mentioned residential complexes enjoy special offers, discounts, with the sole goal of making them feel most comfortable.
